Townhouse design always offers particular challenges when dealing with light.
We intentionally introduced an oversized central void with large window openings to bring the light down into each level.
All balconies face North and privacy is maintained with clever use of slot, opaque widow openings.
The sleeping quarters are split with an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a spill out balcony and Juliet balcony to the street.
